answer the most common questions visitors to our web site may have. If

What
are your hours of operation?
Normal
business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. We
offer emergency service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Someone will always be available to take your call. And the call will
be given to the on call technician.
Our office
will be closed for the following holidays so that our employees may
spend time with their families: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July
4th, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We may also have limited hours
on New
Year’s Eve, Good Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Eve.
How
much extra do you charge for emergency service outside of normal business
hours?
Because we value each and every one of our customers, we always charge
the same amount for our equipment and services - no matter what time of
day our technicians visit!
What
brands of equipment do you work on?
We perform service and maintenance on all brands. If you decide
to replace your heating and/or air conditioning equipment, we will regularly
install Amana, Armstrong,
Concord, Ruud,
Buderus, and Munchkin
products. However, we can accomodate most requests for installation
of other brands.
What
is NATE certification?
NATE is the leading certification program for technicians in the HVAC
industry and is the only test supported by the entire industry.

Many of our technicians are NATE certified.
What
payment types are accepted?
Schram & Sons will accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. We
also offer financing through Home Source with approved credit. Please feel free to contact our office for more information.
Do
you offer gift certificates?
Absolutely!! Gift certificates are available in any denomination -
you just let us know how much.
