Points of Inspection
- Electronically testing airflow passages for CO (Carbon Monoxide)
- Vacuum, clean and brush heat exchanger
- Remove smoke/flue pipe and vacuum if nessasary
- Tighten all wire connections for safety
- Clean blower housing and remove all debris
- Test Thermostat for proper anticipator and cycle
- Test Fan and furnace limits for safety
- Inspect for dangerous combustible materials
- Check temperature rise accross heat exchanger
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Perform operating cost analysis
- Remove burners and clean
- Inspect heat exchanger for cracks, holes, or separations
- Clean or replace furnace filter*
- Electronically check for natural gas leaks
- Adjust fan belt (if needed)
- Inspect thermocouple/igniter for proper burn
- Check amp draw on blower motor
- Inspect flue or chimney for blockage
- Measure manifold gas pressure
- wipe down furnace exterior

- Check temperature rise across heat exchanger
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Perfor operating cost analysis
- Remove burners and clean
- Inspect heat exchanger for cracks, hole, or separations
- Electronically check for natural gas leaks
- Inspect thermocouple/igniter for proper burn
- Check amp draw on pump motor
- Inspect flue or chimney for blockage
- Measure/adjust manifold gas pressure
- Wipe down boiler exterior

- Check wet and dry bulb temperatures in the home
- Check subcool
- Check suction pressure
- Check temperature drop across coil

- Check Relays and or contactors for pitted contact points
- Check amp draw on motors
- Clean or replace furnace filter*
- Check refrigerant charge
- Adjust fan belt (if needed)
- Check superheat
- Check head pressure
- Check for airflow restrictions
- Inspect duct work for proper CFM
- Clean drain lines and fittings
